OUR FACILITIES

With both indoor and outdoor group classes, we have something for everyone! Our indoor studio features polished wood floors we 3 separate group training rooms, utilising a combination of gym workout machines, dumbells, barbells & functional equipment. 

Our outdoor classes utilize some different equipment with sledge hammers, tires, dumbells, barbells, battle ropes & more. If you’ve never used this kind of equipment before than don’t fear, our friendly trainers will help you!

If you’re looking to head to work or a dinner after class we offer male & female toilets & 1 shared shower.

Introducing Outdoor Total Conditioning – a class designed to elevate your fitness and challenge your body in a dynamic outdoor setting. This total body workout takes place in our backyard at the back of the studio.

Introducing HIIT Fit, our high-intensity interval training class designed for those who are short on time or prefer quick, intense workouts. In just 20 minutes, you’ll experience an invigorating session that pushes your fitness levels and burns over 200 calories. Pair HIIT Fit with our Outdoor Total Conditioning class for maximum results. Get in, get it done, and achieve fantastic fitness in no time. Join us for HIIT Fit and experience the power of efficient and effective workouts.

Join us every Saturday for Indoor Total Conditioning, an energizing class that combines weight machines and bodyweight exercises. Challenge your entire body, build strength, and enhance your overall fitness in this dynamic indoor workout. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class offers a supportive environment where you can work at your own pace. Get ready to sweat, improve your conditioning, and have a great workout experience every Saturday.

Experience Strength and Open Gym, our class designed to enhance your form, technique, and strength in a supportive environment. Join us for compound lifts such as squats, deadlifts, rows, chest press, and shoulder press, where we focus on nailing correct form and technique. With capped numbers, you’ll receive one-on-one attention from our experienced Personal Trainers who track your progress and ensure you’re making strength gains.
